Caramel Apple Pie II
Two words: FREAKING AWESOME! With some ice cream, this was a delicious dessert! I added a bit more flour as suggested and the consistency was perfect! My family loved it!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Muffins
These are ok... for some reason all I taste is the baking powder? They are a bit dry too. Perhaps it's something I did but I'll be trying something different next time.
