Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)
I have made this twice. What a great substitute for chocolate cake while still getting protein. It really has the consistency of chocolate cake.

Alison's Gluten Free Bread
This is good tasting bread. But I had a problem. It didn't seem to rise properly. I didn't have brown rice flour so I used all white rice flour. Could this be the problem?
