Delicious! My husband and I love curry and this was amazing! I ended up using fresh spinach because that was what I had on hand and it worked well. Definitely a keeper!

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Very good, and so easy. I added some garlic powder, salt and pepper. Perfect for a cold fall evening!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Very good, and so easy! I didn't add the beer, and can't say that I missed it. Did add some chicken broth as others suggested. I also didn't use taco seasoning, but instead used Cayenne, Garlic, Salt, Paprika and Cumin.
