Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
Very good, and so easy. I added some garlic powder, salt and pepper. Perfect for a cold fall evening!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Very good, and so easy! I didn't add the beer, and can't say that I missed it. Did add some chicken broth as others suggested. I also didn't use taco seasoning, but instead used Cayenne, Garlic, Salt, Paprika and Cumin.

Pumpkin Chili
This is the definition of fall, it smells so delicious, and tastes great too. It is very mild, but flavorful. I didn't add any sugar and don't know that I would. If you are looking for your "typical" chili, don't try this, but if you want something different and fun, this is it!
