Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I made a few adjustments and it came out amazing. I used 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, one can of garlic cream of mushroom soup and added one beef boullion cube (sitting on top of the roast). I also included a package of fresh sliced mushrooms. It was tender and flavorful. The other change I made was that I used french onion soup mix. I will definately be making this again!
