About this Cook
Happily married mother of three.
My favorite things to cook
One pot wonders, like chile, soups, and casseroles.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas morning breakfast.
My cooking triumphs
Learning to trust my instincts with a recipie.
My cooking tragedies
Seven years ago I attempted to make Thanksgiving dinner for my husband and myself. We were in Germany, so ingredients were hard to come by. Lots of substitutions and NOT FOLLOWING A RECIPIE resulted in a very pretty however terribly WRONG tasting dinner! It went in the t-r-a-s-h!

Curried Chicken 'N' Broccoli
Make this dish! This was WAY better than I expected. I just had some leftover grilled chicken breast and a bunch of broccoli, and I was looking for something to do with them. Upload a picture and get this simple recipe the attention it deserves! Thanks.

Baked Bar-be-que Chicken
Very good. It was moist and delicious. I used legs and wings, and the cooking time and temperature was right on.
