Angela's Awesome Enchiladas
Ok, so tonight was the second time I've made this recipe. I must have done something wrong the first time because they were good, but tonight all I can say is WOW!!! I followed the recipe to the T this time(thought I did the first time but must have left something out) and they were amazing!! The only thing I did different was I used 2 cans of hot red enchilada sauce.( I like more sauce on them and the recipe doesn't specify red or green) You have got to try these! They are a little time consuming, but trust me THEY ARE WORTH IT!!! Thanks for the recipe!!

3-Cheese Pasta Bake
Made this as a side dish with Broiled Tilapia Parmesan (from Allrecipes) and it was a great choice. Very good recipe! Made exactly as recipe stated, only I may have used extra cheese because we love cheese (did use cheddar instead of the 2 cheese blend because thats what I had.) Thanks for another great recipe!! I will definitely make this one again!

Shrimp Scampi Bake
Made this recipe for lunch and I just couldn't review it fast enough!! It was fantastic! I did make a couple changes.. I left out the lemon juice (because I didn't have any) and added crushed red pepper flakes and I sprinkled the shrimp with old bay before cooking. I also cooked the shrimp in the skillet with the butter mixture. It turned out perfect! I wasn't sure about adding the mustard(because I don't like it) but added it anyway. Very subtle. Thanks for the great recipe! We'll definitely be making this again!!!! Kudos!
