Zucchini and Shells
I loved this dish! I thought it was very easy and healthy! I only made a few changes....... I added more garlic because my husband and I love it!! I also added fresh mushrooms and a can of diced tomatoes (drained). I used rigatoni instead of shells because thats all I had. I also only used 1/4 cup of sugar due to what others had stated. I simmered it for 1 hr like the recipe said and it turned out wonderful! Iadded low fat parm cheese and that topped it off!!! Great dish I will make again!! PS this dish is just as good the next day! (and I am not a "left-overs" type of girl!! Yum!

Green Beans with Cherry Tomatoes
I make this veggie side dish with almost every meal I make! My husband and I LOVE it! It is so flavorful, as well as healthy! I use "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Lite" instead of real butter and it turns out awesome! Love this side dish!!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon
This is a wonderful, flavorful meal! I only changed a couple things to make it taste great! I added a little more garlic than it called for. I think I diced up 3 cloves. I also used turkey bacon instead of regular bacon, SOOOO good! My husband and I loved it!!! Easy, healthy, and so, so yummy!!
