Maple Salmon
I usually order salmon when I go to a nice restaurant, and this is *probably* the best salmon I have ever had. I made twice the sauce so I had enough for leftovers, but the sauce is so flavorful that I didn't need to. I also added 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, minced, to the sauce. I served the maple salmon with roasted asparagus tips and mustard mashed potatoes.
