I should have known just by looking, but didn't go with my instincts. 1 1/2 tsp vanilla is far too much. Other than that the recipe is great.

This recipe is absolutely perfect as it is. Don't change it! The smoked almonds and honey really set it apart from other chicken mayo dips, and even though I'm not a huge celery, fan I can certainly say that it compliments the dish. It doesn't have that overwhelming "celery taste" at all. Served it with Ritz crackers at the last superbowl party. What a hit!
