Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
Easy to make and very versatile! I added diced plum tomatoes and fresh mushrooms after onion and garlic had time to soften. At the end, I wilted a ton of fresh topped spinach and some parmesan cheese into the sauce. Used whole grain pasta. A really delicious, warm, hardy way to eat lots of veggies while still feeling fulfilled from the pasta and meat. Thank You!
