Baklava
Tastes exactly how I remember it. I did have to use a bit more butter than the recipie asked for. Probably because I got a little happy buttering all the layers. Other than that it was wonderful!

Flank Steak Pinwheels
The Best! I wish I could eat it all the time!!!! Substituted feta for provelone cheese and just put fresh spinage, bacon and red peppers in the middle. Extreamly tasty!!! :)

Zucchini Risotto
This was my first time making risotto and it turned out awsome. I did however only use 6 cups of broth instead of the 7. I will be making this again. My husband loved it!
