Scrambled Egg Muffins

My husband and 2 of my sons really liked these. Myself and my other son did not. For me it was a texture thing. The flavor was good and the concept was great. I used maple flavored sausage in these.

Cinnamon Popcorn

Chili Dog Casserole I

Minute Tomato Soup with Tortellini

We had this last night. It was good, but I didn't really taste the spices. My kids loved the addition of tortellini in the soup. We had the traditional grilled cheese with this and it made a nice meal. Thanks for the recipe!

Weekend Brunch Casserole

We have this a lot on Sunday mornings and for holidays. It is so easy to prepare and tastes great. I like to use either hot sausage or maple flavor sausage for some variety and you can easily add vegetables to this also. Everyone in my family loves this!

Lance's French Onion Soup

This was good. After I had sliced 4 onions I stopped as that seemed like plenty and it was. Next time I would add a little more beef broth to give a stronger beef flavor, but overall, this was very good and my husband loved it.

Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

I made this yesterday. I marninated it for about 6 hours and it was wonderful. The flavor was great and the meat was very tender and moist. I will definitely make this again!

OU Corn Casserole

We love this. I double the recipe for a 9x13 dish. I have also added jalapeno's a few times for something different and that is also really good. I have taken this to several athletic banquets and always come home with a clean dish!

Allana's Excellent Potato Soup

We love this soup. I make this at least once a month, more in the winter. If I'm in a hurry on weeknights, I use frozen southern style hasbrowns and they work great. I serve with cornbread and salad for a great meal.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

I made this last night and it was wonderful. It was easy and everyone loved it. I didn't have lemon pepper so I omitted and didn't notice the difference. I will make this again.
