Brown Rice
Followed directions exactly. Cooked for almost 2 hours and still had crunchy rice. Shame too, this recipe had all the makings for a great side. Certainly smelled wonderful "cooking". Won't make again unless I precook rice.

Marinated Flank Steak
Was a little to mustard-y for my taste. If I make it again I will cut back on the dijon.

Onion Rice
Was ok. Kind of bland, if I make it again I will definitely add some spice to it. Served with Southwest Chicken and I think the sauce from it saved the rice.
