Almond-Crusted Halibut Crystal Symphony
Loved it! Made the recipe (no alterations except used macadamia nuts instead of almonds) with halibut that my fiance caught that afternoon and it was delicious!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I
Excellent recipe. Most important thing is to follow the advice posted here and add sugar to the dressing to your personal preference. I ended up using only a couple Tablespoons. Also (because they were in my fridge), I added some chopped up fresh mint to the salad, and some avocado. Wow. Great salad.
