Macaroni Caesar Salad
A nice twist on regular mac salad. I would recommend adding the ceaser dressing right before serving. Do not put it in ahead of time because the salad will wilt. Also try putting the bowl of salad over another bowl with ice in it to keep it fresh and cold.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
This was awesome. I decided not to flour the chicken. I Just browned it up in some butter before cooking it through in the wine sauce. I used regular cooking wine and it still came out really good.

Potato and Bacon Salad
This was so good. I added red onions, three extra slices of bacon ,and a little extra mustard to kick it up. The is by no means a plain salad for those of you who rated it that way. I am very pleased with the way this turned out.
