I grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, FL area. My Family is originaly from Poland and just recently I have picked up my family's love for cooking. My favorite recipies are sauces. I also LOVE red meat. I think I get it from my dad. I love to try new Marinades and Sauces. My favorite thing to cook is steak. The Holiday Dinners my mom makes the best holiday dinners. Any holiday that comes up I fast for about a day or two so I can makes sure I have everything. My dip and my cheese cake any time I make either one to take to a party its the first thing eatin and the first thing gone. The other day I tried cooking stirfried rice with steak and eggs and veggies. Well the steak came out just fine but the rice was a tragedy.
