Perfect Pumpkin Pie
Wow, this is probably the best pumpkin pie I have ever had. And this was the first time I have made the pie!. I did as other reviewers suggested. I used fresh pureed pumpkin and warmed it up with the spices first. I also used 2 tsp of cinnamon as suggested. Also best tip ever is to let the pie cool in the oven with the door cracked. I will be definately be making this pie again!
