Very good! I did the following as others suggested: I boiled the chicken in chicken broth. Then removed chicken and boiled noodles, diced onion & frozen peas and carrots in the broth. I made this recipe to yield 9 servings and it filled up a 9x13 dish to the brim. It fed 6 adults (all of which had more than one helping) with leftovers to spare. In the cream mixture I added some celery salt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper too. I also put in about 2 TBSP of minced garlic in the mixture. I served this with a salad & Texas toast. Everyone in my family loved this recipe. Caught my mom eating it cold that night! Its great cold too as of course I had to have a few nibbles!

Very good and extremely easy! I added a can of corn to mine and also doubled the layers. So nachos, chili, corn then repeat ending with cheese on top. Would make a great appetizer too!

Wow, these are just awesome!!! I cannot wait to make these again! Next time I make them though, I will put two pieces of tofu on each bun and add more onions. I cooked the tofu with just a little oil and waited til the tofu was nice and crispy - all the edges were crunchy! Soooo yummy!!! What a great and SUPER EASY sandwich to make!

I made this a vegetarian version and made with 1 can of garbonzo beans (mashed) instead of tuna. I did not add cheese either. I used 1 can of sweet peas instead of frozen. I mixed all ingredients on stove top and then put in a 9x13 casserole dish. I sprinkled potato chips on top and baked for about 20 minutes until bubbly. Was fabulous!! So much easier than making from scratch! Will FOR SURE make this again!!!!

So awesome! I too let the eggplant sweat with sea salt for about a half hour. Never cooked with eggplant before and after reading the reviews I figured I better do it! I patted each piece dry with papertowel. I followed instructions completely. This dish was so great! I served with a piece of Texas toast. Leftovers were even better because the cheese got all crunchy. YUMMY!!!

Wow, this was incredible. I made mine in an angel food cake pan. It took longer than 80 minutes to cook. I think I had to cook it for another 15-20. Turned out perfect though. I brought the majority of the cake to work and it was gobbled right up. I made the icing suggested by another by using powder sugar, pineapple juice and vanilla. So yummy!!! Great recipe! The pineapple really makes it!

VERY GOOD! I left out the chili and tomato soup for the topping and just used red enchilada sauce. Was very easy and very good! We looked forward to leftover night!
