Crab Rangoon III
Was VERY disappointed. I changed the recipe some, added 2 tgings of cream cheese and one of 8 oz crab. It looked to crabby. I was right. I added tonys chacheres seasoning, its something from Louisiana that we put on EVERYTHING, this helped by adding a little flavor. I baked them instead of frying since there were so many reviews about the filing oozing out. I put them in the freezer over night so the wrappers would hold better. Will not cook again and have a tray full in freezer left. The filling was okay.

Crawfish Fettuccine I
Highly highly disappointed. I have been using this site for years and always go off of the other reviews. I followed the recipe exactly except used 1/4 tsp ceyanne because of all the reviews. The came out like the flour did not dissolve. Let me know if anyone else had this problem PLEASE!

Easy Baked Tilapia
My boyfriend says this was the best meal I have made EVER! I altered the recipe a little bit. I put lemon juice, I didnt measuree just what I thought was good, instead of Thyme I used Tony's Chachere. I am from Southern Louisiana so put this on everything, also added garlic salt and italian seasoning. I put onions on top of the fish as well, yumm. I didn't put the vegis in with the fish instead put it on the stove. I made risotto with this meal. It was a hit, I made it Tues and my boyfriend asked me to cook it again tonite, it's Saturday! Very easy and worth tyring.
