Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2010
Totally delicious. I mean, what caramel popcorn isn't?! My problem was I don't have a bowl big enough for all that popcorn. So, just make sure you're using the biggest of everything! Some of mine didn't cover b/c I had to separate the popcorn into 2 containers. FYI.

Double Garlic Chicken

This was suprisingly flavorful. Of course, I used leftover lemon pepper rotiserrie chicken, green pepper/celery/onion diced tomaotes and homemade chicken broth. But still, I like it as a quick easy yummy meal. Not to mention my 1yo ate 2 helpings!

I love this b/c of the lack of cream soups AND the mashed carrots. It's light and filling at the same time! I didn't use the ketchup (b/c I didn't have any) but it was still delish!

Slow Cooker Chicken Creole

I had to make do w/what was in my cupboard: no mushrooms, frozen bell peppers, and b/c my 3yo wouldn't eat it---no jalapenos. The verdict: YUM. My almost 1 year old ate it up--celery and peppers and all! I did throw in a few frozen cubes of chicken broth b/c toward the end there wasn't much juice. Overall, it was delish!

Hummus Pizza

DELISH. I used frozen broccoli and frozen peppers/onions (cooked them beforehand) so it took about 5 minutes to set it up. It was absolutely yummy, totally easy and I will definitely be making it again. My 3yo AND my meat/potatoes husband gobbled it up!

Broccoli with Poppy Seed Butter and Parmesan Cheese

I'm always looking for new yummy ways to have a broccoli side dish. This was delish! I could have probably cut it in half and it still would have covered all the broccoli. YUM.

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

I loved this! It was easy to make--the times and ingredient measurements were right on. I even split it in half. I didn't change a thing and we ate every bit of it!

French Dip Sandwiches

I loved this. It's so amazingly easy. And makes a ton! I used 1/2c. beef broth instead of the bullion. Then I served it with grilled onions & peppers & melted provolone. YUM.

Banana Chip Muffins II

YUM! My 2 yo daughter and I made these today and they are delish! I didn't have any eggs so I used 1/4c egg-beaters. I also used 1/2 the amount of chocolate chips. We made 6 regular sized muffins and the rest mini muffins. Perfect snack for my daughter!

My new favorite lunch! It's best with granny smith apples (in my opinion!) and I love it with dried cranberries, too! I make a big batch of it and eat it for lunch all week!

It was very good and easy. Not any weird ingredients either. I didn't expect it to be so orange-y.
