All Day Apple Butter
I thought this was a wonderful recipe. It did take significantly longer to complete than the recipe indicated but that could be due to the type of apple. Very easy, and very versatile.

Apple Crisp
This had a very nice topping, flavourful but not too sweet. The only problem was I feel that if I make it again, I would increase the amount of apple used. I made the recipe as stated and there was more topping than apple, which I found disconcerting.

Buttermilk Cinnamon Rolls
These buns are the best I've tried to make and I've been looking for a good recipe for a while. I've made this a few times now and the results are consistent.
