Oaty Cereal Bars

After reading all the great reviews I'm surprised to say we didn't like these. I have a big sweet tooth but I have to say these were WAY too sweet, even for me. My kids were excited when I told them I was making these, but they even said they're too sweet.

Mini Pumpkin Butterscotch Muffins

I had high hopes for these cupcakes, unfortunately I was disappointed. The flavor was ok but the batter was a mess. Just a heads up for everyone else, whatever the muffins look like when you put them in the muffin tin is what they will look like when you take them out of the oven. They aren't like normal muffins where the batter bakes up into a nice muffin shape. I like the idea of pumpkin muffins with butterscotch chips so I may try adding them to my regular pumpkin muffin recipe.

Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Oatmeal

My kids are huge peanut butter fans so I was very happy to find this for them. I leave out the eggs but other than that follow the recipe and they love it! Great way to get some fiber and protein in them for breakfast without them realizing it.

School Day Biscuits

These are very easy and very good! I sprayed my pan so they would not stick and followed the cooking instructions on the can of biscuits because I was worried they would burn at that high of a temp.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

This is the best chocolate cake!! The only thing I change is to use Hershey's Special Dark cocoa instead of regular cocoa. I always frost the cake with "chocolate frosting 1 by Tianne" from this site and everyone loves it!

Fruit Pizza I

This is awesome! I doubled the crust and baked it in a 9x13 pan. My son made a smiley face with the fruit on each square which turned out really cute!

Black Chocolate Cake

This is a very good chocolate cake. I made it as directed and it was very moist. It's not my favorite, but it's close. My favorite is the one bowl recipe on the back of the can of Hershey's Dark Cocoa.

Chick'n Parmesan Casserole

I had some left-over grilled chicken to use up, so I decided to give this a try. Instead of layering everything I mixed it all together and topped with cheese. Hubby really liked it and actually commented on how good it was and has asked me to make it again (which rarely happens).

These weren't horrible, but they weren't very good either. I seasoned the meat (otherwise they WOULD have been horrible), but the combination of the meat and pie crust just didn't work for us. It was a nice idea, but I think we'll stick with regular tacos.

Parmesan Knots

I use butter instead of oil when I make these and whatever kind of rolls I have on hand. I have used biscuits, crescents and bread sticks and all have worked great.
