Chocolate Trifle
Delicious! I used 1/2 pint whipping cream with 3 Tbls sugar to fold into pudding mix as others suggested. I also used 1/2 regular brownies and 1/2 blonde brownies and layer of caramel sauce over the brownies. The rest of the recipe as stated and everyone loved it.

Rita's Sweet Holiday Baked Ham
No rave reviews. The ham did not soak up the juice and lacked any flavor.

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower
Excellent. I added 1 tsp seasoned salt to the oil and garlic. I also added broccoli and carrots. I'm sure you could put in whatever you have on hand. My husband and daughter really enjoyed it as well.
