Beefy Fajitas with a Twist
After making this for the guys at work...realized that it was a wonderful recipe for Salisbury steaks. Not as good for fajitas though quite tasty, but used less veggies and some hammered steaks...I could not have made enough! Fajita = not bad Salisbury Steak = four stars

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I made this for my workmates. They are my testing ground before I take the recipes home to cook. Their variety of tastes help me to adjust for my family. Making this as stated made a wonderful tasting dish...not very pretty, but excellent taste. Making this with some cream of mushroom with roasted garlic gave it some zing plus using two types of cheese (Cheddar and provologne) after the potatoes were done to spread on the top and lightly brown made a very attractive dish both for work and for homw. Thank you.
