Caramelized Baked Chicken
I am really quite surprised that this recipe has such a high rating. I found it disappointing. My daughter could not even eat it. I followed the recipe to a "t" and had no problem getting the sauce to thicken, so I guess I would say it "turned out" right, we just did not care for the taste. I am still very confused as to why so many people gave a good rating, usually I can count of the ratings at this site regarding recipes but this one has thrown me for a loop. I really wish I could get my money back for the ingredients!

Pennsylvania Dutch Corn Pie
I decided to try this because my husband is "Pennsylvania Dutch" and thought he might like to try it. I LOVED IT, he HATED it and refused to eat it. I made it as a "side" dish" and I ended up giving HIM the rest of my dinner and I ate his serving of the pie, along with my childrens servings! I still can't figure out WHY everyone at the table balked at it!! I found it fantastic and actually had to FORCE myself to quit eating it because it just tasted so darn good! Next time I make this (and I guess I would be making it for myself only) I plan on adding the chicken and just having that as a meal! I gave this a five star rating, but I think this is one of those recipes that people will either LOVE... or HATE.

Banana Banana Bread
THIS has just become one of my FAVORITE banana bread recipes! I made it last night and even added about a third cup MORE of banana.... it turned out GREAT. Even my "picky eater twelve year old" said that it was "pretty good".... A FANATASTIC review coming from her! I made a single batch of this and my family of four polished it off in ONE evening. Next time I guess I will double it!!!
