I like to try and cook the exotic. I like Asian food, so have cooked PHO. If I like it I'll try and cook it.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I usually make 3-5 turkeys a year. We have a small family, just my wife kid and I. As a result we have lots of tasty turkey soup, and sanwitches.

Sushi, PHO, asian crab, crab wantons,just to name some favorites.
