Very easy, delicious with a great refreshing flavor! The red wine vinegar and the caramelized shallots is a must in this recipe! I didn't use any extra ingredients but I would recommend to just decrease the cooking length of time to a couple of minutes to prevent soggy asparagus. But the flavor really soaked in and my whole family ate every single bite and wished there were more!
