Shrimp Scampi IV
My husband loved this recipe. Quick, easy and delicious. I thought it could have used a little more seasoning.

Taco Bake
This meal was a hit. I had to use what was in the pantry. I used a can of rotel tomatos instead of the tomato sauce and chilies and used medium egg noodles instead of macaroni. It turned out really well.
