Caramelized Baked Chicken
We all loved it! I took the advice of another review/rating and used less honey, boneless chicken breast, oven at 400, and cooked the sauce on top of stove w/a bit of cornstarch for about 10 minutes. I also baked it covered w/alumium for one hour, uncovered for last 15 min. It still turned out somewhat runny. The flavor of the sauce was yummy. I will use this recipe again but will try it w/more cornstarch. Thanks!
