Grilled Gyro Burgers
This is fabulous. It is quick and easy. The burgers are very moist and flavorful. I also added minced garlic to the sauce and the burgers. Also, I found hamburger buns easier. I placed the lettuce and sliced tomato on the side and used the cucumber sauce as a dressing. Great summer meal!

Baked Spiced Chicken
This is delicious. I used chicken legs. I brushed each with a small amount of oil and then rolled in the spices. So easy and what a kick!

Macaroni and Cheese V
Absolutely Fabulous! You can't miss if you follow the directions AS WRITTEN! Use good cheese (not store brand, which tends to have less moisture).
