OMG!!! These are awesome! My mother never had acorn squash, so I told her about this recipe and how we all went crazy for it. So she attempted it. Her and her picky hubby were blown away on how tasty this is! Her hubby now requests it all the time.

Texas Pork Ribs

WOW! Now these take forever and a day to make, but it is SO worth it! These are excellent. I never made something that would be such a hit with everyone that ate them. I never put them on the grill (laziness) but I always put them under the broiler and basted them. During the summer I will make these again and use the grill. They must taste even better.

Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies

These are very good! Not too sweet and they're very peanut butter-y. I followed this recipe exactly, but I made bigger cookies so I had to bake them a little bit longer. This is a definite keeper! Thanks :)

Tres Leches (Milk Cake)

This cake is absolutely delicious. I made this to a T and there's nothing wrong with this cake. It wasn't soggy, mushy, but I wish there was more milk at the bottom. We first had this at a Puerto Rican bakery and this one is 10000x's better. I can't wait to make it again, with coconut milk, rum or almond extract. So many possibilities.

The best cookie EVER! My mother isn't a dessert person and she actually craves these cookies. It's the best dessert she's ever had! They're excellent

Carrot Cake III

I LOVE THIS CAKE!!! I usually don't eat carrot cake, but I made one for my mom and I tried a piece and this is now a fav. The only thing I did was put 1/2c. applesauce and 1/2c. oil.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
