I've been cooking, baking, etc. since I was very young, and had to stand on a chair to reach, LOL...also had to do the dishes that way as clean-up too, LOL.I've ALWAYS loved to be in a kitchen, the REAL hub of any family! I started professional at 16, was Pro Chef at 18, so it's been a lot of fun. Never be afraid to try something, and if it doesn't turn out right the first or second time...TRY again ; ) And you NEVER have to yell at someone learning from you~~you teach, not berate! Have fun working in any kitchen or BBQ...

We ALL have had those dreaded tragedies along the way~but they DO eventually turn out~how can one learn if we don't make all of those mistakes? I don't know of any good Chef etc. that hasn't had some pretty bad mess-up's..just keep at it until you do it the way YOU want it to come out...and NEVER get nervous, not before, during or after the finished product!
Stress CAUSES mistakes, so just take a deep breath, pray, and then do it!! If you can keep yourself stress-free...everything WILL turn out!!
