I'm a college student studying hospitality management. I intend to go to culinary school and become a pastry chef. One day I am going to open a coffee/tea shop with it's own bakery.

Pumpkin Dip
Absolutely delicious! It definitely makes alot but is absolutely wonderful. My family and I like our pumpkin dip with a bit more spice but it's delicious by the recipe!

Sesame Broccoli
I couldn't believe how good (and easy) this dish was! I made it with Almond Wild Rice and Haddock with Citrus Salsa for a special dinner, and it was beautiful and tasty!

Haddock with Citrus Salsa
I'm not usually a fan of spicy foods, and the salsa seemed a bit much for me. Otherwise it was a nice combo of mild fish and juicy citrus.
