I just got a part-time job working in the Deli at a local grocery store. I've been a stay at home mom for 10 yrs. But, I've had my own businesses over the years. I was a Pampered Chef Consultant for 6 yrs. I also had my own in home daycare for 8 yrs. I was also a Pharmacy Tech for a short time. I have 3 kids. A biological son & daughter. My bio. daughter is 14. My bio son is almost 10 and foster son is 12.
My favorite things to cook
Spanish food. I've had 2 hispanic foster daughters. I would make spanish food for them, so they could stay connected to their heritage as much as possible.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We sit down for dinner as a family every night. Dinner is usually on the table at 5 pm.

Spoiled Baby Back Ribs
Absolutely the best ribs I ever had. The entire family loved them. The only change I made was using Splenda brown sugar. Definantly making it again soon. Served it with baked potatoes and all the trimmings.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
Loved it. My mom and sister couldn't get enough of it. Making it again for Christmas Eve.
