Key Lime Cheesecake I
|
|
I grew up on a dairy farm and am currently going to school to be a registered nurse with my bachelor of science in nursing. I love to cook/bake and am always up for trying a new recipe.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch
My favorite part of this recipe is the "crunch"...the topping of these bars. I used ripe strawberries that were very sweet, so I reduced the sugar. I used frozen rhubarb, which is hard to cut up if you let it get to soft (if you haven't cut it up before freezing it). My family enjoyed this recipe.

Piernik - Honey Bread
This recipe was great!!!! I omitted the raisins, just because I'm not a fan. I'm glad I added walnuts though because they added some texture and flavor. I love the spices in this bread! I think dried cranberries or "craisins" would be good in this bread!

Key Lime Cheesecake I
This was a good cheesecake. I put the pan of hot water in the oven with the cheesecake, but it still cracked. I followed the advice of others and cut down on the lime juice, but wish I wouldn't have. I think it could have used more lime flavor. I garnished it with whip cream and strawberries. I thought it was a tasty cheesecake and will probably make it again.
