My cooking tragedies
I can never get scalloped potatoes done in the middle. Last year I made them with leeks and havarti cheese for a Christmas dinner party, and they were terrible. My stuffed pork tenderloin for that same meal was over-cooked. I didn't enjoy that evening at all.
