The first time I made this dish I had a 10 people for breakfast...definitely an easy way to feed a crowd...prepared the night before and popped it into the oven for 2 hrs the next morning...I tripled the recipe and needed this much time for the eggs to cook...loved it! Was a big hit....will definitely make again.

This was awesome and so easy. I had relatives visiting the night I made it and it was a big hit. My aunt even asked for the recipe. This was the first time any of us had ever had it.
