Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
This is my first ever attempt at making soda bread, and I was extremely pleased with the result - an extremely easy and tasty bread to make. I didn't have buttermilk, so substituted 1 cup of milk to 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, which worked a treat. To me, this bread is best served warm with jam - I had some black cherry jam on mine, and it was amazing!!!
