I'm a 21 year old student living in Canton Ohio (home of the Football Hall of Fame). I love reading, Cleveland sports and cooking. I love cooking pasta dishes and pizza. I have also recently become very fond of cooking with tofu. Making a special breakfast on Sunday mornings and making food for friends to eat during football games. Go Browns! I have pretty much mastered the art of pizza making! The first pizza a made was a mess. I tried making a white pizza it was just salty and horrible. I also once thought that it would be okay to make gnocchi with bisquick...bad idea.
