Love this recipe. Made them last year and they are now a yearly "must". They are delicous and pretty on a plate. They make a wonderful addition to any holiday gift! Follow the recipe as is and you will not be disappointed. Note: if you go and change many of the ingredients you are not reviewing the original!

I love this recipe. I used a mixture of sultana raisins, dried cranberries and apricots. Great texture and flavour. I also dusted it with icing sugar to finish it off. Pretty and delicious. Thanks Brooke!
