My traditional recipe is very thick in comparision to this one but the flavors for this recipe win hands down. A definte keeper !! Thanks !!!

Warm Heart Stew

I was pleasantly surprised with this stew. Wasn't sure what to expect. Very good....thought the kraut and basil were good to offset each other. Guess the best compliment to say about this recipe is that I will be DEFINITELY making this a keeper.

Squash Soup

I really liked this soup....even my husband enjoyed it...and he doesn't like yellow squash. The recipe is great as written...and guessing easy on the pantry for substutions. Happy to have another way to use squash AND a quick & easy meal.

Emerald Green Risotto

Awesome !! due to veggies in the house, did not use celery or snap peas but used asperagus. I don't think it matters. A great risotto for veggies. Highly recommend !

Guinness® Corned Beef

flavor with the guiness is great but don't recommend adding vegtables with it. this is a very good recipe but my personal preference is the more with the traditional corned beef. Nice to have a way of using guiness since it is too strong for me to drink :)

Sweet Restaurant Slaw

I never make slaw because I never liked what I made....that has changed now. Awesome! It was a little dry for my taste so I had to add a small more of the dressing. Still a winner!
