Cocoa Oatmeal Cookies
Followed the recipe exactly...awesome! I actually think adding chocolate chips would be too much chocolate. (Although if that's what you're going for...:) )

Chunky Peanut Butter Cookies
I made these twice. The first time, I followed the recipe exactly, but found the dry roasted peanuts left a weird taste. My husband's first comment after taking a bite was, "Did you use wheat flour?" That's not quite what it tasted like, but I could see why he thought so. Today, I eliminated the dry roasted peanuts and used all extra crunchy peanut butter. (So 2 cups for a full batch.) They were wonderful.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
These cookies came out thin, crunchy, and very uninspiring. I followed the recipe exactly, even though many reviewers suggested adding flour/oatmeal. Maybe that would have helped, I don't know, but as written, these didn't work for me at all.
