I'm living in Norway and LOVE having access to this site in English because I am a recipe junky! I like to bake, mostly sweet things. I'd love to learn and master a good bread recipe I am 3X certified in Wilton Cake decorating, so when I bring a special decorated cake to parties I always get rave reviews. Its fun :) For some reason, I've tried corn bread a few times and always end up making a corn "brick". I'm not sure what the problem is, but I am DETERMINED to get it right!
