I just made this for my mother and she absolutely loved it!! She was so impressed. I added more cheese, 3 tsps brown sugar and 2 dashs of cinnamon to the filling. Then about 5 minutes after I added the wine/water and it was simmering, I added about 1 and a half tsp of brown sugar to the sauce. When the chicken was out, and I was preparing the gravy, I added a tbps more water, and a tsp of more white wine.
I loved this recipe, it was easy and delicious. I will definatly use this recipe again.
