I'm a SAHM i have a one year old son that loves to eat just like me. I love baking, cooking and spending quality time with my family, I'm 21 years old and i love my life! I love eating not shopping lol.
My favorite things to cook
I love making cookies, muffins, cupcakes, i think it's so much fun! I also love making italian foods like pastas, pizzas, soups and love adding lots of cheese to my food, i also like making mexican food like taquitos dorados, red mexican rice, quesadillas,enchiladas and anything with jalapenos!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom make the best enchiladas ever (seriously). Pozole is also a very popular dish in my family with tostadas con crema yum i'm making myself hungry lol.
My cooking triumphs
I just learned how to bake and i'm very proud of myself! Now you can't stop me hehe. OH! i learned how to make pupusas those are very tricky but i got it now!
My cooking tragedies
One time i forgot to turn off the water it was in the stove and the fire detcters turnerd on! One time i was trying to bake a cake and it turned out like a brownie =( I burned my toast and one time i added to much salt to my rice yuck!

French Toast II
This was very yummy =) even my 1 year old liked them! The nutmeg gives it a good taste like something extra.

Pumpkin Cookies II
So i just made these today! They were soooo Yummy! I love them. I added unsalted butter instead of margarine, i added 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/2 tsp of ground ginger and 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice, i sprinkled some powdered sugar and they turned out so goooood! definitely a keeper!
