Simpson's Me
About this Cook
I have had multiple opportunities to pursue a professional culinary career, however i found no joy in cooking for people you don't know or love. For me my greatest joy is perfecting a dish for my wife. I could bring my wife flowers ten times and not get the same reaction of love that I get from her when I make one of my signature dishes.
My favorite things to cook
Seafood. It's so important for me to provide my wife with healthy alternatives, and I know with seafood dishes I can introduce her to what essentially forms into a new healthier way of eating.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I have abandonment issues.
My cooking triumphs
Cioppino and Vindaloo. These are the two dishes I'm proudest of.
My cooking tragedies
You mean that blackened fish is seasoned not just burnt.

Grilled Salmon I
I've used this recipes as the basis for variations. Depending on how asiany I want to get I have substituted teriyaki sauce and added orange slices. When you do this you can halve or omit the brown sugar.
