Pennsylvania Dutch Corn Pie

This recipe was okay. Maybe if you grew up loving this, it would make a difference. It just seemed to be lacking something.

My family was just not happy with this recipe. I think it had way too much spinach. Needed more seasoning in the stuffing. And needed more baking than the 35 minutes allowed. By far not one of our favorites.

Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookie Logs

These are very good, but also very hard to work with. The dough seemed fine to mold, and shape, but when they were done, they fell apart so easily. I might try them in another form instead of logs.

Eggnog Coffee Punch

Excellent! I made this recipe just yesterday for a baby shower. Everyone was delighted to have something hot, as our temps have dropped. My variation was that I used decaf hazelnut coffee, 2X the strength as normal. Instead of coffee ice cream, I used chocolate. Everyone talked about how good it was!

Holiday Punch II

This is a really great punch. I was looking for something I could serve to both little ones, and adults for my grandson's 1st birthday party. This hit the spot! I had people standing around the table with their cups, waiting in line! Also was quite healthy for the little ones, and no caffeine.
