Honey Baked Chicken II
Husband loves this every time I make it. Sometimes, I'll make the sauce with german mustard for a bit of a kick.

Apple Cranberry Bread
Far too dense. I had to add 1/2 cup of water to the ingredients to get everything to mix together. Flavor was ok, but I'm not sure I'd make this recipe again.

Nancy's Chicken in Puff Pastry
Made this for my husband as a surprise. I used others' suggestions of cutting up the chicken, and I made sure they were cooked mostly through before the baking began. I also added some spinach. We LOVED this - hubby wanted THIRDS!
