My first bar recipe that has come out SOFT!!!!! I love it and have baked it 5 times in 2 weeks- really. I add whatever stuff I have in cupboard- almonds, oat flour, mnms, choco chips. This has been such a fabulous way to clear out my baking cabinet!
Thank you for it! My husband eats them for breakfast on the way out the door, and my kids age 1 3 and 4 LOVE them.
It has really helped cut down the "snack" budget. I'm all smiles!
