Herbed Mushrooms with White Wine
These are delicious and easy. I personally added more garlic and wine because my plan was to pour the mushrooms over some baked chicken, and I wanted the flavor to be strong enough. It turned out great!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V
I'm from South Texas, so I know my mexican food, and this is how it is amazing! I added some black beans and rice, and shredded the chicken after it had been simmering a while. With the added ingredients I'll probably add another can of broth next time. Avocado slices are really good on top.

Stuffed Peppers with Turkey and Vegetables
These are great! Nice and healthy. I put it over some brown rice and it's really nice to chop up the bell pepper and mix up everything with rice. Yum.
